JT Rogers first started the business in 1966 with his uncle, John Hail. The company was called J&J Plumbing. They specialized in new construction throughout Ventura County.
In 1968, JT ventured from the original partnership to start his own plumbing company: JT Rogers Plumbing Company. The company was successful because JT believed in hiring employees with good work ethics. His original business motto, “It doesn’t take any longer to do the job right the first time,” has never changed. JT Rogers Plumbing Company still maintains that level of pride for every house they plumb.
